The Bagel Factory was founded in 1996 as Great American Bagel Factory. Today, trading as Bagel Factory, the company has 26 locations throughout Central London, Reading, Edinburgh and Dublin.

We use a proprietary blend of high-protein flour, which is milled especially for the Bagel Factory from wheat imported from America. The bagels are homemade and baked in small batches throughout the day to ensure freshness. Bagel Factory features all natural, GM free bagels offered in all 30 flavours that are low in fat, salt and cholesterol, yet high energy-giving carbohydrates. To complement our fresh filled bagels we offer the tastiest homemade cakes, cookies and bagel chips that are developed in house by our company bakers.
