The Richmond Centre has 45+ high-quality retail units and is equipped with all the amenities and facilities expected of a modern Shopping Centre. For more information on the location of the following facilities, please see the floor plans:

• Ladies, gents, and disabled toilet facilities are located adjacent to the escalators on Level 2
• A parenting room with baby-changing facilities is also available in the toilets on Level 2
• 24-hour security is provided for the centre with security personnel onsite, backed up by CCTV
• Public telephones are available near the entrances
• The site is wheelchair accessible and a public lift and escalators operate from Level 1- Level 3
• Cash points are located just outside every entrance
• On-street parking is available throughout the city centre, there are several public carparks in the vicinity - see city maps for further information
• There is an Internet Kiosk avaiable on Level 2
• There is an Information Desk / Gift Card Kiosk on Level 3
• The Centre Management Office is located on Level 2. Any lost and found articles can be claimed here
• There are assorted kids' amusements rides and photo booths throughout the Centre
• There is a Bureau de Change available on Level 3
