News - Vodafone Store in Derry wins National Award
The award was presented to Donna Anderson, Store Manager of the Richmond Centre's Vodafone store by Vodafone's Head of Retail Mr Tom Devine. The award recognised the fantastic customer experience provided by the store and received an exceptional mystery shop scores as a result. The award also assessed the store's performance across all areas of Vodafone's process compliance. The Vodafone Shop in Richmond Centre Derry won the award against competition from 341 other Vodafone stores throughout the UK, assessing the performance of over 11,000 Vodafone Retail employees.

Commenting on the winning of the Retail Store Team award. Donna said:
"This is just tremendous news. I am delighted for everyone in my team as we have worked really hard to achieve this and we were up against some very stiff competition across the retail network in the UK. We always strive to give all our customers the best service in every respect from sales to aftercare and it is really brilliant to have this recognition of our day to day work. This is a real endorsement for my store and the team in the Richmond Centre."
