ADMIN STAFF

  • We are on the lookout for the right person to join the team behind the scenes carrying out the following day to day duties based on 25 hours per week ideally 9:30-2:30 or 10-3:00 Monday - Friday see duties below:

    *looking after admin / filing daily reports

    * answering calls to customers with queries / bookings and outside catering event queries

    *repsonible for banking / making sure shops have adequate change throughout week

    * sending staff hours to accountants for payslips and paying staff accordingly

    *posting on social media daily and answering queries from posts

    * price comparisons daily with suppliers ensuring we are getting value for money and quality products

    * General operations.
