We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced, and customer-focused Retail Manager to lead our new store coming to the Richmond Centre very soon. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, we’d love to hear from you.

Full Time (37.5 hours) permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store

• Lead, motivate, and develop the retail team

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a positive shopping experience

• Achieve sales targets and monitor store performance

• Manage stock levels, merchandising, and inventory control

• Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and compliant with company policies

• Recruit, train, and schedule staff

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail management

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent customer service and sales abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment

• Good organisational and problem-solving skills

• Flexible to work weekends and holidays as required
