No booking is required - visit the Grotto and purchase your keepsake ticket on Level 3.

Every child will receive a complimentary Selection Box as part of their experience.

To ensure an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone, Sensory-Friendly Silent Sunday sessions are held each Sunday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, providing a quieter and more relaxed atmosphere.

For those with additional or sensory needs, we’re delighted to offer Santa’s Sensory Sunday Hour - a specially designed, inclusive session that takes place each Sunday from 12 noon to 1.00 pm, before the centre opens for trade.

During this hour, the grotto and surrounding area will feature:

  • Reduced noise levels and no centre music

  • A calm, relaxed atmosphere

  • Friendly, understanding staff ready to assist

This thoughtful environment allows children and families to enjoy a more peaceful visit with Santa - perfect for those who might find busy festive settings overwhelming.

While some queuing may occur, our team will do their best to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
